🎯 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Cardiac Vigilance: Monitor heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, and take swift action during emergencies.
All-Encompassing Care: Coordinate and deliver therapeutic and administrative services tailored to our patient's needs.
Age Spectrum: Offer impeccable care to patients aged 16 and above, ensuring stability and safety.
Continual Growth: Build on your foundation with specialized knowledge in step-down care and cardiac monitoring.

🔧 Must-Have Tools in Your Kit:

Degree: Diploma, ADN, or BSN from a recognized nursing school.
License: Current RN license (Missouri or Multistate).
Certifications: BLS on hire; ACLS within a year.

Monitor & Intervene: Assess acute changes in patients, interpreting ECGs, noting arrhythmias, and stepping in during emergencies.
Whole Patient Care: Coordinate and provide both therapeutic and administrative services.
