Are you an experienced imaging professional with strong leadership skills? We’re seeking a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive operational excellence in our imaging department.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Department Leadership: Manage staff performance, schedules, and daily operations.
✔ Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to imaging protocols, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
✔ Budget & Resource Management: Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and cost-effective operations.
✔ Process Improvement: Develop policies and streamline workflows for better efficiency and patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Education: Associate degree, vocational training, or diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
🔹 Experience:

3+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare.
1–3 years of hospital experience in diagnostic imaging.
🔹 Certifications:
ARRT license (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required.
🔹 Skills: Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
