Position: CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)
- Salary Range: $36.38 (1 year of experience) - $54.57 (20 years of experience).

About Our Healthcare Facility:
Our facility is a premier 350-bed institution offering a diverse range of services including emergency care, labor and delivery, a level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), general surgery, orthopedics, and robotic surgery. Located on a sprawling 150-acre campus, we also house an Orthopedic Center, Women's Center, Sports Medicine Center, and a Heart and Vascular Center. Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiovascular Operating Room. Join our dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold aseptic techniques ensuring a sterile environment during procedures.
- Prep patients for surgeries, ensuring they understand the procedure.
- Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure patient safety and conduct a “timeout” before any procedure.
- Exhibit teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a vital resource to the patient care team.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and promote a positive image of nursing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room.
- Current RN License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days if on compact).
- Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- CNOR certification is a plus.
