Overview

A high-volume outpatient clinic in the Kendall area is seeking a Limited X-Ray Technologist (LMRT/BXMO) for a full-time multi-tech role. This position blends limited radiography with clinical support, patient intake, rooming, and workflow coordination. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced suburban care environment.

Responsibilities

Perform limited radiographic exams (extremities, chest, spine) within Florida LMRT/BXMO scope
Maintain compliance with all radiation safety and ALARA protocols
Room patients, obtain vitals, and support charting/documentation
Conduct point-of-care testing and specimen collection
Assist providers during clinical procedures
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant exam and imaging areas
Deliver professional, patient-focused communication

Requirements (Required)

Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license
BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Experience performing limited radiographic exams
Ability to work full-time in a high-volume clinical environment
Strong communication, multitasking, and clinical support skills

Preferred

Outpatient or urgent care experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Prior Medical Assistant or multi-tech experience

Compensation & Schedule

$28/hr (W2)
Full-Time: 3×12 or 4×10 shifts
Rotating weekends
Temp-to-hire pathway following performance review
