👨‍⚕️ Charge Nurse: $5.00

📞 On Call: $10.00

🔄 Call Back: 1.5%

🎉 Holiday: 1.5%

Work Schedule: Friday-Monday
CA license in hand
13-week contract
1 year of Home Health experience required
Oasis experience preferred
HCHB experience preferred, but we will provide training.
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patients.
COVID Vaccination preferred - Exemptions permitted with weekly testing
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required + Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)
