Your Responsibilities: As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, your role will include:
- Supervising the activities, management, and direction of the Labor & Delivery and Antepartum department in line with our organizational and departmental philosophy and goals.
- Assisting the Director in maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational performance within the Department.
- Providing leadership to Labor & Delivery and Antepartum personnel and/or students, and serving as a valuable resource for physicians, nursing staff, and patients.
- Delivering professional nursing care and offering leadership to our dedicated staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Board of Registered Nurses of the State of California is required.
- Certifications: BLS Certification and ACLS required, along with NRP Certification.
- Experience: You should have at least 3 years of work experience in the area of supervision, as well as 1-3 years of progressive hospital/nursing management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise: Demonstrated competency in Labor & Delivery and Antepartum, as well as hospital and healthcare management. Evidence of experience in successfully administering and leading organizational management programs is crucial.

- Work Schedule: Full-Time – Evenings; No Weekends.
