Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN- ER)

Salary Range: $29.07/hr - $40.58/hr, based on experience.
Sign-on Bonus and Relocation assistance available (subject to approval).

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time (Days & Nights with rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and evaluate individual patient care needs.
Execute physician orders and administer medications.
Monitor vital signs, change dressings, and clean wounds.
Offer respiratory and ventilator management.
Coordinate with various healthcare disciplines for comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions.
Collaborate on patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Active RN License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days if holding a Compact License).
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Prior ER experience in an acute care setting.
BSN degree is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $29.07/hr - $40.58/hr, based on experience.
Sign-on Bonus and Relocation assistance available (subject to approval).
Competitive Nurse to Patient Ratio in the ER.
