HCA Nurse Residency - Med Surg Nurse Resident
- Salary: Starting at $28.50 during training. Rates increase based on prior healthcare experience.

- Details: This residency program is meticulously designed for recent nursing graduates with less than six months of experience. The program includes:
- Comprehensive education and curriculum.

Your Eligibility:
Educational Requirements:
- Eligible for graduation from an NLN-AC or CCNE Accredited Nursing Program with an Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing before employment.
- Upon employment: Associate Degree in Nursing (Mandatory) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
Certifications & Licenses:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA.
- A valid State license as a Registered Nurse.
Additional Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing within the past year.
- Must possess a current TN or KY RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
- Canadian students who've graduated from an accredited nursing program in the U.S. are welcome.
- For international graduates: Visa sponsorship is available. All candidates must have an active OPT, which is a temporary employment authorization for a year, relevant to their major.

Additional Information:
- Candidates should have graduated in the last year or have less than 1 year of RN experience.
