💰 Salary range from $113,165 to $166,976 annually, plus a 10% leadership bonus.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Pharmacy Clinical Manager for a full-time position with no weekends required in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

🛠 Design, implement, and manage pharmacy clinical programs including formulary management, policy development, and education.
💊 Monitor drug therapy regimens, provide clinical consultation, and suggest cost-effective therapeutic alternatives.
📋 Develop, manage, and mentor pharmacy clinical programs such as drug consults, nutrition support, and pain management.
🤝 Participate in various nursing and medical staff committees as necessary.

Qualifications:

🎓 B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required, Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
⏳ Minimum 1 year as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist and 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
🏥 Specialty BCPS certification, ACLS, or other relevant certifications preferred.
💊 Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
