Salary Range: $30/hr (2 years experience) to $42/hr (17 years experience)
Shift Differential: Night shift $4.50, Weekends $2.00
Sign-On Bonus: Available (based on experience)

Position Overview: Are you a compassionate RN looking for a dynamic role? Join our Level II Trauma and Burn Center's Emergency Department team and make a difference in patient care. Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional care to every patient.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
Current FL RN license or compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 90 days if compact license held).
BLS Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
ACLS & PALS/ENPC certifications preferred (required within 6 months).
TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred (required within 6 months).
CPI training preferred (required within 6 months).
CEN certification required within 6 months or upon eligibility.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ED or ICU setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
