Valid NY License required at the time of submission
2 Supervisor references preferred
No Specific Charting Experience Required
Background Policy to be noted prior to submission
Permanent Employees must be gone for at least 1 Year

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse in our Medical Surgical unit, you'll be an integral part of our patient-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Care: Delivering compassionate and quality care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
Clinical Expertise: Utilizing your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaboration: Working seamlessly with the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and effective care plan.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify healthcare needs.
Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitoring: Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in status promptly.
Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare team.

Earn Competitive Compensation:

Overtime Multiplier: 🔗 1.5% for 40 total hours in 1 week
Charge Nurse: 💰 Bonus of $5.00
On-Call: 💸 Compensation of $10.00
Call Back: 💼 Bonus of 1.5%
Holiday Pay: 🎉 1.5% extra on observed holidays

Requirements:

NY license in hand required.
