Job Summary and Qualifications:

Maintain 24-hour accountability for staff supervision and coordination.
Ensure patient needs are met following physician instructions and hospital policies.
Oversee organizational improvement activities and policy development.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure patient care continuity.

Qualifications:

BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
Registered Nurse with BSN.
5+ years of nursing experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.

Additional Details:

5 years of ED experience; 2 years of charge/supervisory experience required.
Full-time equivalent (FTE): 48 beds, 90 FTEs when fully staffed.
Shift flexibility with competitive salary: $95k - $130k.
