Shift Differentials:
$3.00 for Nights
$2.00 for Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

Shifts Available:

Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Position Overview:
Join the Med-Surg Ortho team at a state-of-the-art 288-bed hospital in Tallahassee, FL. You’ll be providing care to patients with medical and surgical needs in the orthopedic unit. Work collaboratively with a compassionate team to deliver exceptional care to patients in a comprehensive healthcare facility serving Leon and Gadsden Counties.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect comprehensive patient data and make clinical assessments
Advocate for patient safety as part of an interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and their families on medications, procedures, and treatments
Ensure effective care and resource utilization

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care preferred; LTAC experience acceptable)
Active RN license in Florida or eligibility to obtain it
BLS required
ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
BSN preferred

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5-1:6
