• Salary Range: $30/hr (1-year experience) to $46/hr (20 years of experience).
• Night Shift Differential: $3.75/hr.
• Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr.

Position Overview:

• Shifts:
  • Days: 7A-7P (rotating weekends)
  • Nights: 7P-7A (rotating weekends)
• Specialized 34-bed Neuro PCU.
• Handle high acuity situations; serve patients transferred from 284 other hospitals across various states.
• Typical Patient Profile: TBI's, brain tumors, spinal surgeries, strokes, trauma cases, and more.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care for conditions affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system.
• Work with a dedicated team in one of the largest Neurology departments nationwide.
• Engage in continuous learning and collaboration in our fast-paced, high acuity unit.

Requirements:

• BSN required. ADN candidates with CNO approval can avail Tuition-Free ADN to BSN program.
• TX RN or Compact State Licensure.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (within 6 months).
• Minimum of 1 year in Stepdown, Progressive Care, or Intermediate Care; 2 years preferred.
• Neurology experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic drip administration and EKG interpretation.
