Shifts: Days or Nights (12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 – $39.00/hr (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, evidence-based direct patient care in accordance with facility policies
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and interventions
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support effective treatment plans
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and manage emergency situations
Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic clinical environment
Requirements
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license if not yet acquired)
1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (Med-Surg experience not mandatory)
RNs with 3+ years of experience may qualify if acute care experience occurred within the last 5 years
ASN required; BSN preferred
BLS (AHA) required
