Salary: $90,000-$108,000/year based on experience

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Critical Care RN to join our dedicated team in Palatka, FL. As the Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within the critical care unit. This position requires strong leadership abilities, a commitment to evidence-based practices, and the ability to create a culture of accountability and transparency. Responsibilities:

Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
Support efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Manage admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
Facilitate effective interdisciplinary care coordination within and across departments.
Monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care to meet patient and family needs.
Inspire commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values.
Lead employee engagement practices to create a positive work environment.
Manage staff scheduling and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Monitor and manage operating expenses, including supplies and equipment utilization.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred).
3-5+ years of experience in a Critical Care arena.
Florida RN licensure is required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Strong leadership skills with experience in a charge/supervisor/assistant nurse manager role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must have a few years of acute hospital nursing experience (ICU, PCU, Tele type backgrounds) with at least some Charge/Supervisor/Assistant Nurse Manager experience.
