We’re seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dynamic and fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Panama City, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work with critically stable patients requiring close monitoring in a team-oriented environment with state-of-the-art resources.

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Assess and monitor patients recovering from acute conditions
✔ Perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
✔ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔ Conduct patient education on treatment plans and post-hospital care
✔ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
✔ Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records

Qualifications & Requirements:

🔹 Education: RN Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN Preferred)
🔹 Experience:

1+ year of recent acute care PCU experience (Required)
OR ER experience OR 3+ years of acute Med-Surg experience (must be recent)
🔹 Licenses & Certifications:
Active RN License in Florida (or ability to obtain before start date)
BLS Certification (AHA Required)
ACLS (Required within 60 days of hire)
