🛡️ Champion patient safety and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice in the NICU.

🌟 Qualifications:

🎓 A minimum of 2 years of recent, impactful leadership experience in acute care NICU.
💼 Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
📜 Current Texas RN license in hand.
🏅 Advanced certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) preferred.
