Labor & Delivery RN (Nights) - Irving, TX

Salary range: $34-$54/hr based on experience.
Night Shift Differential: $3.75/hr.
Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan and provide goal-directed nursing care, promoting and advocating for patient health, safety, and rights.
Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum patient care.
Practice autonomously, adhering to evidence-based practices.
Uphold the principles of growth, development, and skills necessary for patient care.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Associates Degree (Required)
- BSN (Highly Preferred)
Licensure/Certification:
- Texas State RN or RN Compact License .
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months in Labor & Delivery, preferably 1 year.
- Recent ACUTE care experience, preferably 1 year.

Unit Details:

180-200 Deliveries/month.
12 Beds for L&D, and 22 beds for OB/Post Partum.
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 2:1 for L&D and 3:1 for mom-baby.

Compensation:

Salary range: $34-$54/hr based on experience.
Night Shift Differential: $3.75/hr.
Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr.

Additional Notes:

Sign-On Bonus: Not guaranteed (please do not advertise).
Relocation: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
