Salary Range:
- 1 year of experience: $30 per hour
- 10 years of experience: $38.87 per hour
- 20 years of experience: $46 per hour
Differential Pay:
- Nights: $3.75 per hour
- Weekends: $4.20 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

As an Ortho Trauma PCU RN, you will:

Organize, modify, evaluate, document, and maintain patient care plans.
Plan, implement, revise, and delegate nursing care.
Incorporate patient education into all aspects of nursing practice.

In this dynamic 37-bed step-down unit, you'll provide care to adult patients undergoing elective procedures and those with fractures, amputations, deglovings, and traumatic injuries.

Requirements:

BSN degree required.
Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
Current BLS/ACLS certification by the American Heart Association required.
MUST HAVE: 1 year of recent acute care PCU RN experience.
We do not consider candidates with backgrounds in rehab, LTAC, or home health.
