Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Manager to join our team. As the EP Lab Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the clinical operations of the EP Labs. Your duties will include overseeing patient flow, ensuring quality patient outcomes, managing personnel performance, maintaining compliance with nursing standards, and participating in budget and inventory control.

Qualifications:

Education: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is required
License/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience, procedural background in EP/IR/Cath Lab (Interventional Radiology, surgical history, radiology experience is a plus)

Additional Information:

FTEs: 54 (up to 61), including 2 Supervisors and CNC
Oversees the EP Lab, EP pre-post surgical area, and Afib center
Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends
Competitive salary range: Minimum $100,000 to Maximum $126,000 per year
