📍 Location: Dallas, TX
💰 Salary: $47.79 - $61.19 per hour (based on experience)
📋 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation: Case-by-case basis
⏰ Shift: Days, 7-10 hour shifts (Weekdays Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Manager for the Pediatric ICU (PICU) to join our team. This leadership role requires strong clinical expertise, team management skills, and a passion for pediatric critical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee patient safety and clinical practice within the PICU.
Lead a high-performing team and ensure quality pediatric care.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Drive process improvement and department-specific initiatives.
Manage staffing, budget, business plans, and physician relationships.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

✔ Education:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.

✔ Experience:

2+ years of acute care leadership experience within a PICU.

✔ Licenses & Certifications:

Current Texas RN license or compact license.
BLS (AHA or Red Cross).
PALS certification required.
