📋 Role Overview: Duties or responsibilities.

  • Ensure optimal unit functions, 24/7.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to continually assess and improve patient care quality.
  • Lead, guide, and coordinate all unit activities.
  • Serve as a beacon of knowledge and guidance for the nursing staff.
  • Uphold the highest standards in nursing care across the unit.


  • At least 2 years recent acute care NICU staff experience & 2 years as a Supervisor/Charge NICU.
  • Current Texas RN license.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN mandatory).
  • BLS & ACLS certification.
