📋 Role Overview: Duties or responsibilities.

Ensure optimal unit functions, 24/7.
Collaborate with medical staff to continually assess and improve patient care quality.
Lead, guide, and coordinate all unit activities.
Serve as a beacon of knowledge and guidance for the nursing staff.
Uphold the highest standards in nursing care across the unit.

✨ Qualifications:

At least 2 years recent acute care NICU staff experience & 2 years as a Supervisor/Charge NICU.
Current Texas RN license.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN mandatory).
BLS & ACLS certification.
