Salary: $84,843–$127,275/year (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Job Summary
A full-service healthcare facility in Arlington is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to lead its Operating Room (OR) team. This role is ideal for a strong perioperative nurse leader with excellent clinical knowledge, team leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room, including staffing, scheduling, and clinical standards.
Ensure safe and high-quality nursing care for all surgical patients.
Monitor performance goals, departmental policies, and budget responsibilities.
Serve as a liaison between nursing leadership, medical staff, and other departments.
Partner with educators and directors on training, competency development, and evaluations.
Lead performance reviews, team engagement, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Active Texas RN license (or Compact RN license).
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
5+ years of OR RN experience required.
2+ years of leadership experience in surgical services (acute care).
BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required.
CNOR preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical nursing workflows and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
