Hourly Pay: $29 – $43/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hour (Nights) | +$3/hour (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients, managing complex medical conditions, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Available Shifts
- Days (Rotating Weekends) 
- Nights (Rotating Weekends, additional $4.25/hour differential) 
Important Notes
- Candidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes from the facility) 
- Must be comfortable with a 5:1 or 6:1 patient ratio during the day and a 6:1 ratio at night 
- In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, and administrative interview) 
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients for cardiac changes 
- Provide care for post-surgical and critically ill patients in a med-surg environment 
- Administer medications and perform treatments per provider orders 
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and discharge instructions 
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care 
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) 
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years) 
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license 
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire 
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire 
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience and a compact license must apply for a Florida RN license
