Hourly Pay: $29 – $43/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hour (Nights) | +$3/hour (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients, managing complex medical conditions, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Available Shifts
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends, additional $4.25/hour differential)
Important Notes
Candidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes from the facility)
Must be comfortable with a 5:1 or 6:1 patient ratio during the day and a 6:1 ratio at night
In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, and administrative interview)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess telemetry patients for cardiac changes
Provide care for post-surgical and critically ill patients in a med-surg environment
Administer medications and perform treatments per provider orders
Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year recent acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years)
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
Candidates with 3+ years of experience and a compact license must apply for a Florida RN license
