Radiology / Cardiology - CT Tech Position in Baltimore, MD

Are you a dedicated Radiology/Cardiology professional with a specialty in CT Tech? We're actively seeking a skilled individual like you to join our Hospital. This role offers a competitive base bill rate, attractive overtime multipliers, and additional benefits.

Location: Baltimore, MD 21215
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Positions Available: 1

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Bill Rate: $75.00
Overtime: AFTER 40 total hours in 1 week
Charge Nurse Allowance: $3.00
On Call Compensation: $5.00
Call Back: 1%
Holiday Rate: 1.25%
Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Usual Responsibilities:

Performing CT scan procedures using prescribed techniques.
Reviewing requisitions for completeness.
Adjusting equipment and selecting appropriate technical factors.
Utilizing standard positioning techniques.
Completing examinations in a timely manner.
Documenting administration of contrast and scans.
Working with scanner equipment such as GE and Siemens.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience (first-time travelers accepted).
Required Certifications: BLS, AART, AART advanced cert.
Experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction.
Preferred experience in aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, PET/CT.
COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines (with exemptions available).

Additional Information:

Local candidates are accepted at the same rates as travelers.
Candidates may be required to float within the facility or to a nearby affiliate hospital.
