Your Role:

As the Director of Respiratory Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Respiratory Therapy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality care.
Quality Assurance: Lead quality control initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to Respiratory Therapy.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree/Graduate of a school of Respiratory Therapy.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Respiratory Therapy experience, with management experience.
Licensure: Current Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS. PALS required.

Competitive Compensation:

Minimum Salary: $73,576
Midpoint Salary: $91,970
Maximum Salary: $110,364
