Compensation Dynamics:

🚀 Experience-Based Pay:
- 1-2 years: $39.81/hr
- 5 years: $43.60/hr
- 10 years: $52/hr
- 15+ years: Up to $54/hr
Differentials:
- Weekend Warrior: $1.50/hr
- On-Call Extra: $4/hr
- Called Back In? Get time and a half with a 2-hour guarantee!

Requirements for Success:

Nursing Degree (Associate/Diploma).
Active (or soon-to-be) FL RN license. Compact? Switch to FL within 90 days.
BLS certification, CNOR, and essential RNFA certification.
Acute care expertise. A solid 5 years or a completed Perioperative Nursing course.
