Job Summary and Qualifications:
We are actively seeking a Nurse Manager for our Surgical Ortho RN position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care provided in the Surgical Ortho unit. This role requires collaboration with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of care.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Medical/Surgical or Step Down leadership experience.
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.
TX RN License or Compact.

Direct Reports: Approx. 45 FTE’s
