Shift: Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with Rotating Weekends

Compensation

Flat Rate: $43.00/hour (regardless of experience)
Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$4.25/hour
- Weekends: +$3.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
401(k) Match: 100% on 3% to 9% of pay
Benefits Start: Day one of employment

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Float Pool Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical) to join our dynamic team. This role involves rotating between various med-surg units in a leading acute care facility, ensuring consistent, patient-focused care throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care across multiple medical-surgical units
Assess patient needs and initiate individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
Adapt quickly to different unit protocols and workflows
Advocate for patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Comply with hospital safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care medical-surgical RN experience
Must be willing to float between units and adapt to varying workloads
Current RN license in Florida or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license if hired)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Must reside within a 60-minute commute to the facility
In-person interview required, including a facility tour and shadow experience
Level 2 AHCA background screening and fingerprinting required
