Position Details:

Job Duties and Responsibilities: As Director of Surgical Services, you will:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the surgical services department.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare leaders to drive excellence in surgical care.
Monitor and optimize surgical department performance, including case volume, patient outcomes, and staff productivity.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff to foster professional growth and development.

Hospital Highlights:

Bed Count: 292 Beds
Surgical Services: Our hospital has a significant volume of surgeries and boasts more operating rooms. Currently, we have [Number of ORs] ORs (including specialized CVORs and Burn ORs) on multiple floors, handling a wide range of surgical cases, including orthopedics, trauma, and general surgery.
Robotics: We have 6 XI Robots and a Mazor Robot, enhancing our capabilities for minimally invasive surgery.
Case Volume: Surgical case volume varies, with a significant number of inpatient and outpatient surgeries.
Unions: No unions at our hospital.
Leadership: The Director of Surgical Services reports to COO Drew Walker and plays a crucial role in the Level 1 Trauma Center.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000, depending on leadership experience, internal equity, and more.
Bonus Potential: Up to 22.5% potential bonus with a standard target of 15% potential.
