Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts
Pay Range: $26.00 - $39.01 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials:

Evening & Weekend: +$2.50 per hour
Night: +$5.50 per hour

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join our healthcare team. This role involves assisting during surgical procedures by ensuring all equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies are properly prepared and available.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma Center with exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties, making it an excellent choice for those looking to advance their skills in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up the operating room with necessary equipment and sterile supplies.
Maintain aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures.
Assist the surgical team with instruments and supplies as needed.
Break down cases at the end of procedures and prepare for subsequent surgeries.
Communicate professionally with colleagues, patients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

Certifications:
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required
- CST Certification preferred
- Registered as a Surgical Technician with the Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Operating Room Technician program
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technician
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in the scrub role across multiple surgical specialties
