Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
Min: $34.68/hr
Mid: $48.00/hr (7+ years of experience)
Max: $52.85/hr (18+ years of experience)
Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and provides leadership for the unit/department during assigned shifts. This is a supervisory/bedside RN position within a Med-Surg unit, responsible for managing daily operations and serving as a resource for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate patient admission and discharge processes for efficiency and care quality.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster improved outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Provide leadership, coaching, and training to nursing staff to promote performance excellence.
Participate in staff scheduling and labor management based on patient care needs.
Manage inventory and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last year) charge nurse experience in Med-Surg within an acute care setting.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BSN required within 24 months of hire if not already obtained.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license in Texas or compact license.
BLS certification required.
Additional Information:
Unit Details:
This position does not solely care for diabetic/endocrine patients.
Medical City Dallas is a Level III trauma center.
Interview Process:
