Job Description: As a Hospice RN, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing skilled and compassionate care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing and monitoring the patient's condition and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their hospice journey.
Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
Ensuring patient and family wishes are met, focusing on comfort and quality of life.

REQUIRED:

BLS 🌡️
5 years of nursing experience 📆
Charting experience 📋
MD license (at the time of submission) 📝
Charge Nurse experience preferred 🏆
