Hourly Pay: $29 - $43/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights) | +$3/hr (Weekends)
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients, managing complex conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Available Shifts:

Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends, +$4.25/hr Differential)

Important Notes:

Candidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes from the facility).
Must be comfortable with a 5:1 or 6:1 patient ratio during the day and a 6:1 ratio at night.
In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, and admin interview).

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients for changes in condition.
Provide care for post-surgical and critically ill patients in a Med-Surg setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide individualized patient care.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.

Qualifications:

1+ years of recent acute care RN experience required (within the last 4 years).
Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility.
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Candidates with 3+ years of RN experience & a compact license must apply for a Florida RN license.
