Duties and Responsibilities: As a Critical Care RN, you'll be at the heart of lifesaving care. Your role includes:

Monitoring and managing critically ill patients with precision and compassion.
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team for the best patient outcomes.
Administering treatments and medications, ensuring timely responses to patient needs.
Providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records.

REQUIRED:

BLS 🌡️
2+ years of specialized nursing experience 📆
Active Indiana or Compact license 📋
