Location: Charleston, SC
Pay Range: $29.62 - $44.42/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $4/hr for Nights, $3/hr for Weekends
Schedule: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts, Days & Nights (Weekend Rotation)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis

Position Overview
Join a 400+ bed acute-care facility recognized for quality and safety excellence. As a Medical Surgical RN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care, ensuring positive outcomes, and collaborating with an interdependent healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall accountability for assigned patients.
Coordinate patient care, including preparation for exams, administering medications, and arranging admissions, tests, and discharges.
Maintain and review patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of tests and results.
Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (Associate's Degree or higher required).
Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice or Compact/Multi-State RN license.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (LTAC and LTC experience accepted).
