Role and Responsibilities:

🌙 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) with Weekend Rotation.
👩‍⚕️ Provide comprehensive nursing care in the ICU, adhering to established protocols and standards.
📊 Assess and reassess patient conditions, initiate care plans, and manage discharge planning from admission.
💡 Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
🗣️ Utilize effective communication skills to meet patient and family needs and enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

🎓 Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
📜 Must hold a current RN license in Georgia or a compact state.
❤️ Current CPR certification; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
🚑 Preferably with acute or critical care experience.
