Shift Times: Nights only - 12 hours (Rotating Weekends).
Salary Range: $25 (2 years) - $27 (5 years) - $30 (10 years) - $36 (20 years MAX).
Night Shift Differential: $4.25.
Weekend Differential: $3.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for eligible candidates.

Position Overview:

The Florida Hospital is seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses for our Neurology Unit. This full-time position offers night shifts only, with rotating weekends, providing exceptional care to patients in our 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center. Job Summary and Qualifications:

As an RN in our Neurology Unit, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and treatment. Key responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data, advocating for patients within the interdisciplinary team, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses, identifying individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety, and providing patient and family support throughout their stay.

Job Requirements:

Current license as a Registered Nurse.
Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
1+ years of experience as an RN in an Acute Care setting preferred.
Customer service abilities, critical thinking skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform work that requires frequent physical movements and lifting up to 50 pounds.
