Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager oversees the 24/7 functions of the clinical nursing unit(s). Responsibilities include planning, evaluating department activities, developing policies, and managing staffing patterns. The role requires collaboration with staff, physicians, and other departments.

Qualifications:

Florida RN licensure.
Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
At least 1 year of management experience.
ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (exemptions may apply).

Additional Information:

238-bed facility with over 40 years of service in the area.
44-bed ER department.
Reports to a Director with a team of 70-80 members.
Night shifts, starting between 7pm-11pm, 8/10hr shifts M-F.
Competitive salary with potential for relocation assistance for out-of-state candidates.
Candidates must have 3+ years of clinical hospital experience and 1-2+ years of leadership experience. Strong candidates with Supervisor/Charge RN experience will also be considered.
