Job Summary and Qualifications:
As the Manager of Emergency Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in our emergency room (main) and freestanding EDs. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to promote clinical and patient safety initiatives while serving as a resource for problem-solving and conflict resolution when needed. Your responsibilities will include evaluating nursing practice and services, working closely with the management team and physicians to improve patient outcomes, and potentially assuming the role of House Supervisor and clinical nurse in various hospital areas based on your skills and abilities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associates Degree Required, BSN Preferred)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada; CPR, ACLS, PALS certification
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role in an acute care hospital preferred
- Prefer psychiatric nursing experience as a registered nurse; Demonstrated experience in leadership/management and establishing interpersonal relationships necessary to promote an effective working environment

- Competitive compensation range: $95,347.20 - $143,000 (based on 10-12 years of actual supervisor or above nursing experience)
