📍 Location: Nashville, TN
📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts (Evenings & Nights) with rotating weekends

🏢 About Us: Join our Central Lab, a state-of-the-art standalone laboratory facility based in the musical heartbeat of America - Nashville, TN. We provide pivotal support to 14 Hospitals in the vicinity, along with 4 Free Standing ED establishments.

🌟 Role Spotlight: As a Histology Tech, you’ll do: Duties and Responsibilities.

Execute histology and cytology tasks, encompassing specimen processing, slide preparation, staining, and more.
Ensure impeccable specimen identification.
Handle equipment with care, conducting regular preventive maintenance.
Uphold our commitment to quality, ensuring the highest standards are met at all times.
Display a keen problem-solving mindset, swiftly rectifying issues and ensuring accuracy.

🎓 What We Seek: Requirements and Qualifications

Associate's/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
National Certification as a HT/HLT (ASCP) is a must.
A comprehensive understanding of histology techniques and their correlation to diseases.
Ability to consistently produce high-quality specimen sections for diagnosis.
Familiarity with laboratory regulations and accreditations.
Strong communication and teamwork ethic.
Aptitude for training others.
Proactive problem-solving prowess.

💰 Compensation & Perks:

Histology Technologist: $30 - $42/hour
Histology Technician: $22 - $32/hour
Sign-on Bonus: A whopping $15K! (2-year commitment)
Relocation Bonus: Available for eligible candidates (2-year commitment)
