Your Responsibilities:

  • As a CVICU Registered Nurse (RN III), you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities include:
  • 🩺 Nursing Process: Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
  • 🌟 Patient Outcomes: Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
  • 📢 Communication: Exhibit effective communication, confidence, and professionalism by actively engaging in unit and organizational activities.
  • 🤝 Teamwork: Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team.

📜 Your Qualifications:

  • 🩺 - Hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or possess an active multi-state RN license.
  • 🩺 - Maintain Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • 🎓 - Graduate from an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • 🏥 - Bring a minimum of two years of nursing experience to the team.
