Position Title: Director Diagnostic Imaging - Richmond, VA

In this role, you will supervise and direct the delivery of patient care or care-related services, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and objectives of the department and hospital. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the radiology management team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide safe, efficient, and effective radiology imaging services.
Manage imaging equipment assessment needs, acquisition, use, and service delivery.
Serve as a resource and facilitator for compliance with radiology-specific policies and procedures.
Oversee evaluation of products, supplies, space, and capital imaging equipment, making recommendations for change when appropriate.
Manage and oversee compliance with JCAHO and other mandated clinical certifying agencies' standards.
Coordinate hiring and performance management of professional staff, including technologists, nursing, and support staff.
Develop staff scheduling programs to optimize utilization of staff and imaging equipment.

Qualifications:

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
Graduate of an AMA School of Radiologic Technology.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3-7 years of relevant work experience.
3-7 years of relevant management experience.

Previous leadership experience, with a focus on team development and building long-lasting relationships with educational institutions and imaging pipelines.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive base salary: Approx $100K-145K with incentive eligibility.
