🏥 Med/Surg Registered Nurse - Savannah, GA
💵 Salary Range: $28.23 - $42.35/hr
🌟 Join Our Acclaimed Med/Surg Team: The Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Med/Surg Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our dynamic healthcare setting.

Role and Responsibilities:

🌞🌙 Full-Time Position with Day and Night Shifts (12-hour shifts) including Weekend Rotations.
🩺 Responsible for comprehensive patient care in the Med/Surg unit, ensuring patient comfort and optimal care.
📝 Conduct patient assessments, manage care including administering medications, and document all activities.
🚑 Coordinate with healthcare team to manage patient flow from admission to discharge.
📞 Handle patient and family communications effectively, including some phone triage responsibilities.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's, Associate's, or Diploma in Nursing required.
📜 Current Registered Nurse license.
❤️ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of start.
🚑 At least 1 year of Med/Surg or related nursing experience preferred.
