Responsibilities:

Administering and monitoring pediatric home infusion therapies, including IVIG and medications via Peripheral and PICC Lines.
Assessing patients' condition, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and supporting their families during the infusion process.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient safety.

Requirements:

Current RN license in Texas with relevant pediatric experience.
Expertise in handling Peripheral Lines, IVIG, and PICC Lines in pediatric patients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young patients and their families.
Ability to work independently in a home care setting while ensuring compliance with all healthcare protocols.
