Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 – $36.00 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) to support our advanced cardiology program. In this role, you will assist physicians with complex EP procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and exceptional patient outcomes. Join a collaborative team in a hospital setting recognized for excellence in cardiovascular and stroke care.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, operate, and maintain EP lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
Assist in performing ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants, and other EP procedures
Monitor ECGs and patient vitals throughout procedures, reporting key findings to physicians
Accurately document procedural details and patient records
Support patient education, procedural planning, and post-procedure care
Ensure quality control, equipment calibration, and inventory management
Uphold safety protocols and support patient comfort throughout care

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care EP Tech experience
Associate Degree required
RCES certification or ARRT (R) with valid Florida state license required
BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of hire
ACLS (AHA) – required within 90 days of hire
