Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Care

Location: Richmond, VA 23235

Shift: Full-time, Day & Night shifts available (Rotating Weekends)

Salary: $65,624-$93,746/year based on experience

As a Registered Nurse in Surgical Care, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered nursing care and providing education to patients and their families. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will create and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered nursing care and provide patient and family education
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans
Utilize computerized documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions
Coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License
Minimum of 1 year of medical surgical experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) Certification
