What You'll Do: job's duties or responsibilities.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Emergency Services team.
Ensure high-quality, consistent patient care.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies.
Cultivate strong relationships for collaborative patient care.

What We're Looking For:

Education:
- Bachelor's in Nursing (Required)
- Master's (Nursing/Business/Healthcare Administration or related) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in emergency services.
- Director/service line leadership experience.
Licensure/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse License (Required)
- ACLS, PALS/ENPC, BLS (Required)
- CNOR, CSSM (Preferred)

Direct reports include three managers across multiple facilities.
