💰 Pay: $38.52–$53.70 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Join a 289-bed, Joint Commission-accredited hospital in Margate, FL, as an RN Nurse Manager in the Medical Telemetry Unit (32–36 beds). This leadership role reports to the Director of Nursing (DON) and offers professional growth in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee high-quality patient care and daily operations of the Medical Telemetry Unit.
- Collaborate with medical teams to improve patient outcomes and compliance.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff while driving process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Florida Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and physician orders.
Qualifications
- Active RN License (Florida or Compact – must meet FL requirements).
- BLS & ACLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
- 1+ year of acute care hospital experience required.
- 2+ years of recent Charge Nurse/CNC experience in an acute care setting.
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
